Is in excess of 10000 is allowed against the various bill
What is intention of that section only to billed various bill to allowed deduction in that section
If the intention of the various bill is for same purpose, and payment is made above 10000 then it should be disallowed as per advice

To A Person in a day above 10k is not allowed if it's one bill or Two Bills or Ten Thousand Bills....

The payment is restricted as per section Rs 10k to a person in A Day...
