Sorry for critsing Mr Ketan Waghela's practical view,I dont agree.However the Law says that One can make payment to the same party at differents dates below Rs 20,000/-.
If the Assessee is following the statement given by the law,then how he assessee can come under litigation and disallowed thereafter.
Members please comment, if my given opinion proves to be untrue.
