What if the company went for listing in 3 stock exchanges and only 2 of them accepted ? Shall we consider that non acceptance of 3rd Stock exchange will amount to irregular allotment ? reply asap please ...
It's not a issue, according to section 40 of companies act 2013 says that one or more company can listed in stock exchange , a company can listed atleast in one stock exchange and other stock exchange may reject the listing it doesn't matter.
