It is ma question asking whether managerial remuneration is applicable for both private limited company and public limited companies.I am expecting the needed iinformation regarding this!

Sec 309 does not applies to private company unless it is a subsidiary of a public company. Thus it applies to Public companies and private co if it is subsidary of public co
