my query is whether a individual filing ITR -1 or ITR-2 having
salary/other sources is required to comply with Sec 269 SS of income
Tax Act and give detail while filing ITR 1/2 as above.
Compliance is must, but there is no reporting in ITR 1 or 2.........
It is checked only while scrutiny.
