HI,

Is NASCOM, CII a Sec 25 company?

Can you give any other example of sec. 25 company?

Can anyone give me an example of any general or special order given to any sec. 25 company?

Institute of Company Secretaries of India was also a Sec.25 company before it became statutory body under Act of Parliament in the year 1980.

Co-Operative Society, Trust, NGO will form the Section 25 Company.

Secion 25 company's main aim is to enrich its members & general public.

Any Commission or other body formed by the Govt. can not become the section 25 Company.
