what is the proceedure to raise the authorise capital for section 25 companies.Kindly guide in this regard

The procedure is as follow:
1.Convene a Board Meeting to discuss the agenda and fix the time of General Meeting for passing ordinary resolution
2.Held the GM on date selected
3.File E-form 23only if increase in Authorised Capital brings in change in Articles within 30 days of passing resolution.
4.File E form 5 for increasing the authorised capital.Altered MOA & AOA has to be attached with the above form.
You can go to the site www.mca.gov.in to download and upload the forms as mentioned above.

What my point is, that the sec 25 companies is running for non profit so the filing fees for increasing the authorise capital may not be as same as other companies .But the MCA Calculatoe shows the fees as same as ordinary fees .
