TDS on my income is deducted under section 194JB, can i show it as presumptive income under section 44AD ?
my profession is not specified under Rule 6F therefore I can't show it as income under 44ADA, that's why i want to know if i can file it under 44 AD ?
No. Sec. 44AD is not applicable in such case.
