Dear friends,
One of my client has rented his house to Bachelor. there are 6 fellow who pays 7000 each individually that amount to 42k monthly. now the question is will TDS liability arises on the Bachelor?
( kindly note 1. the agreement specify that my client is suppose to receive 42k fixed all the fellow are jointly liable to pay 2. My client receive 7000 individually )
