After 10 Days He Paid Amount From His CC A/c And Charges 10% .
My Question Is I Have to Deduct Tds U/s 194A On Interest Paid To XYZ Pvt Ltd

My Question Is I Have to Deduct Tds U/s 194A On Interest Paid To XYZ Pvt Ltd
in my view you need not to deduct TDS because this short payment is a kind of cash discount
but others view also desireable
