can anybody tell me that if we are not dispatching notice via post than can we take the time gape of 21 clear days only and ignore 3 days of serving notice.

actully the 21 clear day necessary for the notice, if u send notice except the post then it is not necessary to u have 3 also days, i mean u send notice by any way the 21clear day is necessary.

Dear Pankaj,
In that case also the date of sending notice and the date of AGM is to be excluded therefore the clear days would be 21+1+1=23
Further, in case of posting of notice 2 more days for delivery. i.e. 21+2+2=25

Agree with ANkur Sir, 21 Clear Days means excluding date of service and Date of Meeting.
