You will get final assessment order u/s 143 (1), and yes you will get any query in future from department.

YES.
"Moreover how long we need to check online e filing income tax web site (Is there any query)?"
For any query from CPC ...... SMS over mobile and Email over registered mail address of assessee are issued, so no need to be on constant alert on efiling site.
