is there any time limit under sec 143(1)(a) till which income tax department replies to our reply to there notice and after which we are not liable to reply them? last reply I made under this section was in month of September18 and again I got notice with regard to same matter in January 19. am I liable to reply?
No such clarification.
Every such queries are computer generated, and remains under compliance as pending till not replied. As a blank headed you can re-reply the same answer !!!
