where a firm is appointed as an auditor of a co, partners who r not CA.,can go for audit..?

Sec 141 (2) says where a firm including LLP is appointed as auditors of a company, only the partnrts who are chartered accountants shall be authorised to act and sign on behalf of the firm... so as per above provision partners who are not CA's cannot act n sign on behalf of thefirm...
