how long auditor can continue as auditor under section 139(10) if appointment is not made in last year 2015-2016?

Dear Sir,
I have recived Sahre Application Money in the month of October of 2015 and want to allot share in the Month of March,2016
now what shold i do? and what will be the procedure?

The amount should be shown as share application money pending allotment in the balance sheet.

where at any AGM no auditor is appointed or reappointed, existing auditor shall continue to be the auditor of the company.
