their is no such sec 11 in companies act write know it was abolished and it is change now as sec 10 (A) according to ICAI books ( INTERMIDIATE COURCE)

Yes, if you will check bare Act, it was originally enshrined in the Act but after sometime it removed to ease the process.
But finally government thought it should be there so it added it again as Section10A.
if there is any section deleted from law the same can not be resurrected, it will need to come with new section number.
