Can anybody please explain the terminology "MARKET MAKING" with reference to SEBI(Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 relating to eligibility norms for making an IPO for an unlisted company????????????

Dear Friend
At present, SEBI (ICDRA) Regulation, 2009 is in force. SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000 has been replaced in August, 2009 by the said Regulation.
