Dear Friend,
As per notification issued by SEBI on August 26, 2009 the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 has been replaced by SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009. Now these Regulation will apply. Please find enclosed Regulation as above.

New Updated Guidelines Of the Sebi will be avaliable in the website of SEBI. Plz specify the exact guidelines of sebi.

Mr. Poddar its not a guidlines it s SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
