Pls tell me that as per SEBI, promoters shareholding should not exceed 75%. In case it exceeds the limit, what are the ways to dilute promoters' shareholding to keep it in the limit of 75% ?

In some cases its also upto 90% and to reducing there share holding % they have sell there share.
Its only for Listed Companies
