WE ARE USING ROUND SEAL ON FORM 16A FOR DIRECTOR'S SIGNATURE.
IS IT CORRECT OR SHOULD WE USE "FOR SEAL"
KINDLY SUGGEST.

You can use any of the seals,. it does not matter
Seal is not a matter of concern, the person responsible for deduction of TDS mus sign it.
