Is there any chances of getting notice for ITR filed under Sec 44AD. Which documents the AO may ask for such a case

Yes if there's any mismatch between the record they have and the record you give
book of Account

If the cash deposits in bank accounts exceeds total turnover reported in ITR then definitely you will get scrutiny notice
