Does a CA has right to demand scrutiny for the trust in which he is member?

Any member of the trust can complain against any misdeeds or wrong information filled in ITR, to IT officials; CA knows it in better way. If trust has not misappropriated or hidden any tax liability, why to worry for any stringent action.
