Hello All,

My client case is selected for scrutiny U/s 143(2) undr CASS (computer assisted Scrutiny Selection) from continuous last four years. Client is a authorized dealer of Hero Motocorp, earning through sale of two wheelers & commission income from insurance & finance company. The reason disclosed by Income tax department is low margin shown by large contractor.We have again & again explained that we are not contractor but as usual we got notice again for AY 2014-15. It is a sort of harassment, please guide, what kind of remedy is available for client.

Please go to greivance and tell them that repeatedly this PAN is being picked for same reason for past 4 years. Inspite of explaining to them - they are doing means it is a case of harrasment. Above Greivance Ombudsman is there.

They are on better side of the table. But that does not mean that you have to keep quiet for obvious mistakes by them.

What is the outcome of the scrutiny. Any penalties levied. They may have some information of group trns also.if previous outcome is clean then Cit can consider your claim favourably.
