Its been over 2 months, the Scroll no, along with date is there on IceGate site....but the drawback is not credited in our bank account. There is no record of any pending query as well against the shipping bill as seen on the Icegate website.
Absolutely, clueless why the drawback is not credited.....the IFSC records with customs are also right.
Inquired with bank & they said, its an automated system & they cannot stop the electronic transfer or hold it.
Does custom provide a UTR no OR reference no for the electronic transfer.....pls help??
