If you are registered under GST then Yes... GST applicable for the Sale of Scrap...
Rate of GST as per Your goods Rate...

GST Rate for various type scrap :
IRON SCRAP = 18%
PLASTIC SCRAP = 5%
WOODEN SCRAP = 5%
PAPER CORE SCRAP = 18%
PAPER SCRAP = 12%
