WHAT IS THE RATE OF 3915,
18 percent or 5 percent.

I AM CHECK 3915 HSN CODE IN CBIC PORTAL IT HAS BEEN SHOW 18% GST RATE OF 3915 HSN CODE . SO IAM CONFUESED .
AND ONE MORE QUATION RAISED FROM MY SIDE,
REGISTERED PERSON PURCHASED SCRAP OF 3915 HSN CODE FROM URP . RCM IS APPLICABLE IN THIS TRANSACTION.
I am also manufacturer of LDPE plastic pipes.. the rate of gst in Plastic Is 18% for used plastic as well as new plastic. code 3915,3917
