A company purchase bottles from outsiders and the same comes in poly bags. The company sells these poly bags and accounts the same as scrap sales???If no, how should the company show the same in the books of accounts??
Note: The bottles are raw materials for the company whereas the poly bags are not raw materials.
It should be treated as Indirect Income.
