you need to quote sections numbers in exam if you want to score high in law.
you must go through Practice Manual questions for every theory subject in Ipcc

Knowledge of the subject is one thing and presenting the same in the examination hall is another thing. We may have the best teacher under whom we may have got trained. The crux of the point is how we are going to follow the instructions or guidance given by them. If you have chosen to study from a particular book, then it is the approach with which you have understood the provision that matters. The books which you refer can reap rich dividends only if you have invested good amount of time.
It is true that Munish Bhandari is a very good book for law. You must compliment it with practice manual in order to score well in the examination.
Wish you all the very best for your attempt to secure an exemption.

actually the thing is .. if we go through suggested answers most of the things dont match with munish sirs book . they only match with the practise manual . so thats the dilemma. if anyone who has secured 70 + please post your study strategy here

Mehak, i would suggest that you go through practice manual and if possible get MP vijaykuamr for law at IPCC level.
You also get a handbook with that regarding case studies which may help you in citing the same in answer.
One of the most important thing i remember from my time in exams is that i never wrote anything which i was not sure about and also dint increase the pages of the answer.
It was upto the point always and you wont believe i could only finish 13 pages of the total paper allotted as it was enough to complete the paper. I did score an exemption with attempting only 85+ marks.
If u arent sure about a particular section or case law, then make sure you dont cite it!
Anymore queries you are free to ask
