1. Procuremnet Policy of the enterprise
2. Proper generation of orders by authorised person only.
3. Determination of Puracshe Rate
4. Delivery Schedule & Receipt
5. Quality of Procured material
6. Settlement of Accounts of Suppliers
6. General Observation
