Dear,

We applied for duty refund in respect of Nepal  Export, but somehow it is rejected from Dy. Comm. Level. That letter was reced by us on 27.08.12, Already 11 months gone .

 1) My Question is Whether we have time to live the file once again. It is I I Know 3 months time period to file before the higher authority. Can anyone  give the way-out in this matter. Anyhow we have to produce the file before higher authority for favouring the case. please...........................................
