I am having one question:
I am paying school fees / college fees to my children.
Whether i should deduct TDS considering that one as a professional charges.
Or For college upto 1Cr. income is exempted and hence we are not deducting TDS???

Dear Dinessh Kumar,
As Gul said, your q. is not clear but as i understand you want to ask that wether one should deduct TDS on professional charges/tution fee paying to college/school.
If this my friend then my answer is no, there is no liability of TDS on personal expenses even if you are liable to tax audit in your business/profession

No, TDS is not applicable to you

Individual and HUF if they are not coming under the tax audit case i.e sec 44AB any payments relating to TDS no need to deduct TDS.
