if total turn over up to the 1.50 crore ,then you can take composite scheme anytime

The T/O limit is 1cr for Composition Scheme. No more notification about 1.5cr....

You can anytkme get transferred under GST composition scheme if you think that your turnover isn't going to be more than that of the limit of 1 crore and this can be done through thw following process -
1. Log in on GST Portal
2. Select services section
3.Click on "Opt for composition levy" option

You can avail anytime to change composition scheme. It will be applicable from the next month / Quarter....

Both are just Decision. No more notification about these limits.. So, Now it's One Crore only...
