whether limits prescribed in schedule V for remuneration of kmp in case of insuffient profit in a year is for each kmp or for aggregate all key managerial personnels appointed in a company??
This limit is for one managerial person. In Part-II Section-II the words used are: ".. tenure of a managerial person.........pay remuneration to the managerial person......" which indicate that the limit is for one person only.
