I have been allocated
All the 900 share I am holding and not yet sold any share.
I think need to declare Under the Schedule FA A3
Could some expert can suggest what should I write under following collem
Peak value of investment Balance during the period
And
Closing value

Are the shares listed on any exchange? if yes, take the 52-week highest rate. Multiply it with the no. of shares that will be its peak value.
closing value:: the investment value for 900 shares.

(A) do need to write two row , one for 2021 and the other for 2022?
(B) 500 Share vested of US company on 1 may 2021 --->
should i take pick value between Jan-21 to Dec-21 or Jan-22 to Dec-22 ?
and
closing value Dec-21 or Dec-22 "
pls clearfy.

When you are filing ITR for AY 2023-24.
The values specified in the Schedule FA is for Acc. year Jan 22 to Dec. 22.
The closing balances asked are as on 31.12.2022.

i am a bit confused, Do I need to add both entries ( for 2021 and 2022) in two rows of Sch FA?
if need to write in two-row, then for the 2021 year vested stock, the pick value will be the year 2021 or 2022
Following r two allocation
500 Share of US company on 1 may 2021
400 Share of US company on 5 june 2022

If the shares are of same company, you can declare it in single raw as on 31.12.2022.
No need to reflect any transactions of year 2021.
