pleaae provide me the treatment of share issue exp, discount on issue of share ,as per revised schedule and As . As per my understanding As 26 does not cover this.

As these items do not meet recognition criteria of As 26 they have to be Writen off immediately.

As per New scheduled VI preliminery exp.should be write of immidiately from reserve & Surplus.
If R&S are not sufficeient then U recognise as Other non current assets under New Scheduled VI.
