Education Cess of 2% and SHE cess of 1% on the ST is payable.

Surcharge is not applicable on service tax..only Ed. Cess and H&S Ed. Cess is applicable

yes.. surchrge is not applicable.. its only Ed. Cess and SHE Cess which are applicale...
