if any assesee is recieved amount from own policy as sbi e survival benefit it is taxable or exempt us 10(10d)

It totally depends upon the original policy terms and not over survival benefits. Check if the policy is eligible for sec. 10(10D) benefit, all the sum received during the term or on maturity are exempted.
Depends upon type of policy and its terms and conditions. Under 10(10D) such receipts are exempt provided you satisfy conditions laid down therein
