Did anybode noticed that this is not the Rainy season still we have to use the Umbrella. That is also in the MUMBAI city. Can't we do anything for this???

Yes we can make a big difference...but first we have to understand the importance of this issue along with its harsh implications...
Always participate in this kind of discussions and guide the people around about the evil consequences of playing with the environment...

But only discussions we do. I think we have to move forward and try to take few steps towards this.
