Save custom duty
We are manufacturer a particular product of foam. We want import of machine from china how to save custom duty. some body tells me by exporting the goods equal to custom duty on import of machinery can save the custom duty
please provide in detail or link

You can opt for EPCG licence which saves you upfront duty. But you have to complete the export obligation associated with the license (i.e 6 times of duty saved in 6 years)
