No ,.. no need to raise Tax Invoice for sample . Can be send on Delivery Challan

Yes, I agree with Pankaj sir.
GST will not be levied on free samples distributed, because it is not considered as supply also, ITC on such purchases are not allowed to supplier.

ARE YOU SENDING THE SAMPLE PCS FOR SALE ON APPROVAL BASIS, IF YES THEN PLZ SEND IT ON DELIVERY CHALLAN & NO NEED TO REVERSE ITC ON ITS PURCHASE
