SUPPOSE I AM REGISTERED DEALER AND I HAVE A PARTY WHO PURCHASE GOODS FROM ME AND SALE ANOTHER GOODS TO ME. DO I NEED TO MAINTAIN TWO SEPERATE LEDGER IN GST REGIME?

No need...
You can follow single Ledger with Both of the Transactions... You ll be show the Sales bills under Sales head and Purchase bills under Purchase head...

YES U HAVE TO PAY WITHIN 180 DAYS AND THE SUPPLIER ALSO FILED HIS RETURN FOR THAT PERIOD

Yes... You can...
Also You can Adjust your Sales Value to Your Purchase Values...
After any Balance like Credit / Debit then You will Pay / Receive as per the above said Periods...
