i WANT TO KNOW THAT IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SAME HEADER & FOOTER(I.E FIRMS LETTER HEAD) IN EXCEL WORK BOOK??

yes! but the fonts may b differ in size, they can easily b preapre at word don't puzzle urself dear. If u do the quality may diifer.

yes it can be done. first u select the row u want to repeat, than go to page setup than sheet icon there u will find row to repeat at top. select that and that row will be repeated in all the pages.
Select row- page setup- sheet- rows to repeate

you need to go for print preview, there you will be able to see it and also alternate of adding header and footer is

Better one is to select File > Page setup > select rows to repeat

In Excel 2007 click insert > header and footer> type the relevant in the coloumn. You' ll find the same header or footer in all the active pages.
