10 February 2012My Friend's Company who is a MFG of Pharma Products is having consignee Agent all over India (C& A Agents) and Hyderabad.
What are the requirements to be followed in Invoicing and sales Tax.

Co. & their C&F sales tax dept should have the intimation, that the material will be transfered to C&F from the Co as Branch Transfer. on registration Certificate . C &f has to provide the F Form against the Branch transfer invoices.
On Invoices, it should have mentioned that the " Brach transfer & Sales is Against Form -F.
