Hi. when CST is not covered by c Form it is understood that, we should pay the differential tax (2%-12.5%). In addition i should reverse the cenvat credit also. So the loss is two fold. Can u pl. clarrify

only sales tax differential need be paid.
cenvat reversal -it is Cenvat (excise duty )- not required: both are 2 different taxes
