However,if you want to club them that should have the following columns: 1) sl.no. 2)date 3)inv No 4) Name of buyer 5) goods 6) Qty 7) rate 8) price 9)total amount 10) vat/cst rate 11)vat charged 12)freight 13) packing 14)discount 15)Transport 16) balance of stock etc.If necessary the order of columns and their choice can be changed.This can be seperated for interstate and local trades......mjk
