how to file 3b when sales return is greater than sales

File nil return if there is NO itc
No need to show minus figure in 3b , moreover it will neither accept, show it in GSTR 1, (CNT)
but on sales return we have charged ITC so we need to claim that ITC
Claim as ITC in ITC column... Keep sales figures as NIL
