same local return means? if I sale goods to unregistered dealer when I issue RCM invoice. if unregistered dealer return same goods any of cause then how to set up GST of I paid to government
You will have to issue credit note to URD. Same credit note is to be entered in gstr return. Automatically on submitting the return you will be credited for the GST.

you may file a refund claim for goods returned by its.
it means I can issue refund note to URD not a credit note.
