I miss the sales invoice to upload in 3b & Gstr1 in last Fy 17-18 how i can rectify the error

You can the Missed out invoice in next 3B Returns with interest and in GSTR1 you can add with original invoice date.
Before filing of Annual Return or 20th October'2018 whichever is earlier.
