what is the procedure to sales in SEZ.
the customer does not want to pay IGST because he is in SEZ.
if we do not want to charge IGST on sales invoice is there any step by step procesd to follow?

you can sale to sez through LUT without payment of duty

If you have lut then you can make sale with out tax otherwise pay tax and take refund.

Yes File LUT online on portal & No need to charge IGST on sale to SEZ
Go to ‘SERVICES’ Tab > ‘User Services’ > Select ‘Furnish Letter of Undertaking(LUT)
