Sales commission received
sir my friend received sales commission sale of Herbalife products. please guide which itr file. can show income from other source or commission received with out books of accounts. please guide me.

Considering that this commission is received as a Agency Business and not passively receive.
hence it should be filed under the head PGBP
i.e. Either ITR-3 or ITR-4

Commission receive arround 1 lakh rupees sir.
Report this income under income from other sources in itr3 form
Itr 3 has more complications.
